    In this article, Cramer instructs subscribers to buy stocks in increments, not all at once. He reminds them of old email's, which included complaints of underperformance in RACK, QCOM, OXY and HAL-- now are all up big.

    He lectures: "For every BOL or a Cendant, there are 20 stocks that don't accurately tell the future."

    Finally, he mentions recent weakness in FWLT and UNH.
