Action Alerts Plus: CEPH, CTXS, UNH
Cramer is selling 500 of 2,000 CEPH.
Also, he is buying 300 CTXS-- upping his total to 4,300 shares. And, he has a "rare opportunity" to buy more UNH. So, he is buying 200 shares-- upping his total to 5,700 shares.
Note: Just earlier today, Cramer said he was restricted from buying UNH. There has been no clarification on this contradiction, so far.
