What It Would Take to Bring Telecom Back

In this article, Cramer addresses the recent weakness in the networking stocks. He feels CSCO's dissappointment, coupled with JDSU's unnecessary 375 million convertable bond offering are major contributors that have soured investor sentiment in the sector.
Furthermore, he believes the sector still has downside and would buy CNXT, FNSR and CIEN into weakness.
However, he will not buy until one of the following catalyst materializes:
"A takeover. We haven't had another since Lucent, and that's been sagging.
A cooling of the four bull markets I outlined repeatedly today.
Some upgrades. Remember no one is sponsoring this group.
A sense that the telcos have to accelerate their spending because of lost share from cable. "
