Cramer's approach is to "pick away" at the decline.
He exclaims: "I just feel that the whole NDX is too beaten up in a short period, beaten up more than it was six years ago. Yet the stocks are actually cheap; they weren't then. "
Worries Should Subside on Metal Meltdown

Furthermore, he cites the knifing decline in natural gas and says: " I would not be surprised if you soon are hearing that major users of oil are developing programs to switch to natural gas."
In short, Cramer believes buying into this dip is still the way to go.
