    Puzzling Out the Infrastructure Plays

    In this article, Cramer is baffled by the action in the infrastructure stocks. He says, unlike copper, the infrastructure companies are still getting big orders-- worldwide.

    Cramer spoke to an analyst that covers FWLT and they both were "amazed" at how badly it acts.

    They (Cramer & Analyst) both conclude that FWLT is the cheapest stock in a great group, which includes: MDT, FLR, JEC, HAL, ABB, and URS.

    Cramer cites FLR up 5 today. He calls it "nutty."

    He exclaims: "All I know is that the fundamentals will matter at a certain point. "

    Exercise Sell Option on Backdating Issue

    He believes that once you have a company that may have violated the law against backdating, it becomes poison.

    He mentions FFIV, UNH, JNPR, AMT, CMX and KLAC-- all are subject to an SEC investigation involving option backdating.

    Also, he says EMC, ORCL, AAPL, MRVL and QCOM all don't work.

    Aside from tech, Cramer points to the weak action in biotech stocks, such as: AMGN, CELG and CEPH.

    He says a citigroup analyst told him a good story about HGSI, but for fear that he would "hurt people all over again," Cramer elected to say nothing to his viewership.

    Bottom line: Without leadership in tech "you need to be elsewhere for now."

    Copper Losing Its Luster

    In this article, Cramer tells his readers to sell copper. He believes that once the economy slows it will adversly affect copper stocks.

    He exclaims: "So take profits. Trade these. They are strictly trading vehicles, no more than that. And they are losing their luster."

    Build Up Oil, Gas Stocks

    In this article, Cramer suggests going long oil and gas stocks. He says, unlike other commodities, oil was not affected by the recent decline. He believes the Fed is powerless when trying to influence the price of oil.

    Also, he believes buying nat gas ahead of the hurricane season is a good idea.

    He exclaims: "Wait a second, nat gas was at $5 and I didn't lock in some stocks the way the chemical companies locked in that price? What an idiot I am!"

    The Bounce Is Here, So Take Care
