Expect a Test -- and a Holding -- of the Lows

In this article, Cramer expresses his belief that we will retest the lows and hold.
He exclaims: "When we get oversold, it will be the cyclicals' time -- probably exactly at or slightly below the lows we saw not that long ago."
Cramer suggests the Fed meeting in August, coupled with good quarterly earnings will be a catalyst to "stop selling."
