I bet Cramer wound't care if his portfolio was actually performing well. But the thought of someone actually holding him to task is unbearable. What a joke.

It was good while it lasted, and I appreciated what you did. However, every day I thought "how much longer before he gets caught?"

I think you did a great job here. When all the info from Cramer's multiple venues is put together on one site, it really shines a light on the number of picks from the guy. Is there a stock in the Wilshire 5000 he hasn't given a booyah to?
 

couldnt you get around it by posting only at night, after the fact, and instead of posting the summary of every real money article, pretend your making some point about it.
EX. Cramer says, "Blah blah sentance" and you have a sentence of two of your opinion in there, and viola-- analysis, not plagiarism. I mean is it illegal a full trading day after the fact to say, "oh yeah i sold 1000 CTXS at 28.50?" I don;t think it should be. I really like you site, GL broker a.
 

just leave the site, take his name off the site and play it like they are your picks....might have to change the name of the blog tho :-)
 

I'm gonna really miss your site. It was interesting to get a glimpse of how Cramer positioned himself throughout the trading day and was concise (and incomplete) enough to, in my mind, not violate his delicate legal sensibilities.

Part of the reason why I started this blog was to decipher what Cramer was saying and red flag some of his dangerous comments.

At times, I was very subtle, but other times I would outright say he was 'nuckin futs.

So, I hope you all check my other blog out and I will try ot keep you all informed, as best I can.

The letter is in a PDF format and was e-mailed to a friend of mine. They do not actually know who I am-- but my friends asked me to shut it down, since they had his info.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you are TheStreet.com,and Jim cramer in cornigto! I think this hole thing has been a ploy from day 1.WHere as Cramers site used to offer total free acess to its key products ( AAP and Realmoney) for 30 days without credit card info,when the market was moving up and their was more intrest in trading from J Q Public,they did this for some time...and it was easy to repeat the free offers, Now intrest might be lagging. and this site was a big teaser to get people hot on vramer and aap and the real money content...Give itto them for a few months,get them HOOKED..THEN PULL IT,and leave then felling like they need him and his sites stuff! at the least it gets him and the content eyeballs,and at best maybe some will now go over and swipe their credit cards to contiune their falst habit. Thats it.
